Member of Parliament for Ningo Prampram Constituency, Sam George has commended president John Dramani Mahama’s swiftness in forming his government three weeks after his inauguration.
According to Sam George, it took former president Akufo-Addo 4 months before putting his cabinet together but John Dramani Mahama has shown that he is a man with a mission to execute.
The Minister Designate for Communication and Digitalization said Parliament is now the body holding back the appointments because the President has already announced his nominations.
“At this time under previous administration, government had not been formed but now Parliament has had to speed up its own work because of the pace of president Mahama and that should tell you something.”
“This is a man on a mission and he will deliver. Some president in the past couldn’t form his government before April but Mahama who didn’t say he is in a hurry has formed his government in three weeks and that should tell you something about the man,” Sam George added.
