Founder of Universal Christ Church, Prophet Gabriel Twumasi,has discussed the significance of keeping cats as pets.
According to him, all cats play a vital role in our lives as humans because they represent the soul of human beings.
The man of God revealed that people who keep cats as pets at home have a long live span because cats have the ability to save lives.
Talking to Rev.Nyansa Boakwa on Happy 98.9FM’s NsemPii,Prophet Twumasi mentioned that, “If you have a cat at home and there’s also someone in your house close to death, the cat can exchange his soul for the person so instead of the person to die, the cat dies so the person can live”.
He also furthered that, if the cat does not succeed in saving the life of the person, it immediately vacates the house.
“It leaves because, it feels it was unable to do what was expected of it and fears it will be killed so it goes to look for another place to stay” he said.
He went on to state that although he recommends everyone keeping a cat at home, all cats should be purified before being sent home.
“The purification is important because they carry the soul of human beings, other spirits can also use it against the people staying in the house. So, you have to purify it by speaking positive words to it and tell it what you expect from it”.
The man of God also entreated people to treat them well because it also plays a role on how the cat behaves in the house.
