Saglemi Fire Outbreak: fire destroys five Forty Foot Containers used as Offices

Fire has destroyed Five Forty Foot Containers used as offices for the Saglemi Housing Project at Ningo Prampram.

According to the Ghana National Fire Service, despite the containers and its contents being totally burnt, fire officers from Sege and Devtraco Fire Stations were able to prevent the Fire from affecting the housing project itself.

The Service confirmed that, no casualties were recorded.

The incident occurred on the eve of Tuesday December 24, 2024.

The Ghana National Fire Service reported that, the fire started approximately 5:52pm, which took its fire fighters over 3 hours of intense firefighting to manage.

The fire was officially extinguished by 9pm.

UPDATE ON SAGLEMI FIRE

Fire was Finally Extinguished at 2102 Hrs after the call was received at 1752Hrs

Fire Involved five (5) Forty Foot Containers Used as Offices for the Saglemi Housing Project

Despite the Containers and its contents being Totally Burnt, Fire Officers from Sege and Devtraco Fire Stations were able to Prevent the Fire From Affecting the housing Project itself and Prevented Any Casualties
