Prominent name in Ghana’s technology industry, ShrinQ limited has introduced an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system to make communication seamless and unending between businesses and their clients.

He noted that with the ERP system companies with numerous branches can have a unified system in which the business owner does not miss anything going on in their various branches. “It is easier for you to understand what is going on”.

Under the ERP technology is the ChatBot which gives subscribers the flexibility of reaching out to their customers 24 hours a day.

“Unlike the old system where one can have customer service reps closing at the end of the day, the ChatBod is available throughout the day. The ChatBod solution will also ensure that your services are online and available all the time”, Ben stated.

Speaking in an interview on the Happy Morning Show hosted by Samuel Eshun and aired on e.TV Ghana, Ben Hammond added that the services of the brand are quite inexpensive and tailor solutions to the needs of clients.

“What ShrinQ does it just like what our name signifies. We shrink your problem and the cost that comes with it as well. We’re able to work within your budget and time-frame to provide something that works for you and we grow with our business”, he emphasised.

ShrinQ is now focused on rolling out a consumer focused product called Stack lite which will be targeted at small businesses, you regular Instagram and food vendors.

ShrinQ is a software development company that focuses on enterprise firms developing software from the stages of research, implementation, testing software, identifying gaps in company systems and fixing them.
