Sex coach, Dzifa Sweetness, has opined that ladies love men who take their hygiene seriously.

She made these revelations on e.TV Ghana’s ‘IN BED WITH ADWEN’ show, adding that ‘’when it comes to sex, neatness is key. A clean man is a turn on for ladies.’’

According to Dzifa Sweetness, foreplay involves every part of the body.

‘’You don’t say you are a man so you shower haphazardly and expect women to like you. In fact, you don’t need too much money or to talk too much to woo a woman. Most men assume having money is enough. If you’re dirty, the woman will take the money but you won’t get any action. You will buy a newspaper and someone else will read it for you,’’ she noted.

She gave men a tutorial on showering and how to care for their testicles.

‘’ Use a face towel to clean your ears and nostrils. Pay attention to your balls and wipe them dry after taking a bath. Keep your testicles clean for your partner and protect yourself from infections.”

Meanwhile, the Testicular Cancer Society recognizes April as Testicular Cancer Awareness Month.

Testicular cancer is a disease where testicular cells become abnormal (malignant) in one or both testicles. It is the most common cancer in 20- to 35-year-old men and has two main types – seminomas and non seminomas-.

Testicular cancer is also often first detected by the patient discovering a lump or swelling in a testicle. Other symptoms include testicular pain or discomfort, testicular enlargement, aches in the abdomen, back, or groin; or a fluid collection in the scrotum.
