The Russian Embassy in Ghana has urged the media to stop blaming Russia for the increasing prices of food items in the country.
According to the embassy, the media has fallen for the narrative by the West that they are responsible for the food challenges on the African continent.
In a tweet Thursday, the embassy accused the media of deliberately ignoring the fact that policies of the West had triggered economic challenges on the continent since 2020.
