Tamale City is guilty, the FA Disciplinary Committee should act - King Faisal’s Alhaji Grusah

Alhaji Grusah, owner of King Faisal, has said that his side has gathered concrete evidence in their protest filed against Tamale City.

Grusah’s determination stems from his pursuit of justice regarding a player’s alleged double identity.

Tamale City is accused of illegally fielding player Jireh Kojo Nissi with FIFA ID No., 194TLQ3, who is reported to have signed from Super Rainbow football club in Cape Coast.

However, there is a new twist to Jireh Kojo Nissi’s transfer. Rainbow football club in a press statement has denied registering and transferring the said player and has called for an investigation into the case.

Speaking in an interview on Happy FM, Alhaji Grusah pledged to exhaust all avenues to ensure a resolution to the issue. He emphasized the importance of taking appropriate action promptly and called on the GFA to act.

“King Faisal has filed a protest against Tamale City about player double registration and our protest is a very valid one. According to our investigations into the history of the player, Tamale City is culpable of the double registration of the player. After King Faisal’s protest, Tamale City hasn’t fielded the player in any of their recent matches, why is that so? The FA disciplinary Committee has enough evidence to carry on with a verdict in our favor”.

King Faisal, who suffered a 4-0 loss to Tamale City, hopes the three points will be awarded to them, which could significantly bolster their chances of survival in the league.
