The recklessness of a taxi driver with registration number GE 8226-12 on Saturday December 9, 2017 in the morning caused havoc on the Accra-Tema beach road leaving a truck loaded with a container to veer off the road into a ditch.
The taxi driver driver who was overtaking wrongly caused the truck to veer off the road into an alley in between the Jehovah Witness headquarters and the entrance of the Maritime University near Nungua in the Greater Accra region.
It is however, the driver of truck which overturned into the alley survived the incident leaving a passenger in the taxi who sustained some severe injuries was rushed to the nearest hospital.
