Happy 98.9FM visited the Ho Youth and Sports Center on Monday 23 August. 2021 to check the level of work done so far on the ongoing project.
On our second visit to the facility the project had seen a little progression but had been left idle at the time of reporting.
According to our reporter Samuel Addo, the project had seen a lot of improvements juxtaposing it to the Azumah Nelson Youth and Sports Center.
The VVIP stands together with the other stands have been completed.
The pitch has been grassed, with the two-goal posts in place, however, it needed to be mowed to be in the best of shapes.
The Basketball court also needs to be worked on as it had been left at the initial stage of construction.
Happy 98.9FM gathered that work had stalled at the site after the 2020 General Election.
Our reporter spoke to some residents at the venue who were not happy about the progress of work done at the facility.
