Video: ‘Greedy’ Patapaa Is riding on my song to achieve fame – Kawoula

Kwame Aglamey popularly known as Kawoula Biov is peeved Patapaa has failed to give him credit as the brain behind the ‘Daavi Ne Ba’ song.

According to Kawoula, he is the originator of ‘Daavi Ne Ba’ and featured Patapa (since they are all from Swedru) to sing the ‘SCOPATUMANA’ rap lines in the song, which has made it popular.

Speaking in an interview on e.TV Ghana’s The Late Nite Celebrity Show, Kawoula Biov said “I invested huge sums of money in the promotion of the song, in addition to paying him for the feature and other bills just to ensure that the song comes out. Patapa is a star and I can’t say I will not pay him for a feature,” he said.

For him, he did all these to give the necessary mileage to the song, only for Patapaa to be seen performing the song on numerous platforms without acknowledging him (Kawoula Biov).

However, Kawuola is not happy that Patapaa now behaved as if he was the composer.

Kawoula Biov added that, he has nothing evil against Patapaa, adding, he has spoken to the ‘One Corner’ hitmaker behind the scenes.

However, Patapaa’s posture suggested he wanted to take over the song by force.
