A video of Cameroon’s President Paul Biya at an Africa Summit has recently gone viral, and it has prompted mixed reactions from the public.

In the video, President Biya can be seen unable to deliver a speech at the summit, but he seems to be unaware of his surroundings, appearing disoriented and confused. This has raised concerns about his fitness to lead and attend such an important summit.

He then audibly farted twice, causing a moment of discomfort and embarrassment for those in attendance.

He was unable to deliver a speech, despite his aide’s repeated attempts to remind him that he was at the Africa summit in the United States and the world was watching him.

Many viewers have expressed their disappointment and concern about the President’s behavior, pointing out that his lack of awareness and inability to deliver a speech during the US-Africa summit could be seen as a sign of poor leadership and a lack of preparedness to address important issues affecting the continent.

Some have called for greater transparency and accountability from the Cameroon government, questioning whether the President is still capable of effectively leading the country and representing it on the international stage.

Others have defended the President, saying that he is an experienced statesman and that his behavior at the summit should not be used to question his ability to lead. However, the video has sparked a lively debate on social media, with many users sharing their opinions and thoughts on the President’s behavior.

The now viral video was shared by Adeola Fayehun on her official YouTube channel.

WHO IS PAUL BIYA?

Paul Biya is the President of Cameroon. He has been in office since 1982 and is one of the longest-serving heads of state in Africa. He took power in 1982 and has been re-elected multiple times since then. He is a member of the Cameroon People’s Democratic Movement (CPDM) party, which has been in power in Cameroon since 1982. Biya is known for his authoritarian style of governance, and his rule has been marked by political repression, human rights abuses, and allegations of corruption. Despite this, he has remained a powerful figure in Cameroon and in the region.

Last month, the South Sudanese president had an unfortunate incident where he wet himself in public.

The video of President Biya at the Africa Summit has prompted a wide range of reactions, and it has highlighted the importance of leaders being aware, prepared and in control of their surroundings during important diplomatic events. With ongoing challenges such as poverty, inequality, and instability, it is crucial that Africa’s leaders are at their best to find effective solutions for the benefit of all citizens.
