Mehmood Kazmi, the Global Marketing Director at Voice of America (VOA), on Tuesday, June 11 paid a courtesy call on the management e.TV Ghana to interact and strengthen the already existing partnership between the two media houses.

Mr. Kazmi was accompanied by Kathryn Peterson, the Regional Marketing Director, West and Central Africa at the office of Business Development at VOA. They were received by Mrs. Nosisa Doe, Head of e.TV Ghana; Michael Kingsley-Nyinah, Head of Shared service at Global Media Alliance Broadcast Company (GMABC); Isaac Yankson, Head of Production at e.TV Ghana among others.

“VOA has new programs like Africa Start-ups, that will share the stories about entrepreneurs around the continents, an all-new health show and Red Carpet are our new array of exciting’’ Mr. Kazmi revealed.

Mrs. Doe on her part also commended VOA for the partnership and their continuous support. She pushed for more content geared towards African.

“One beautiful thing about VOA is that when you watch one of their shows, an African show, the ordinary African can identify with their counterparts on the television. I am hopeful that this partnership will go on for a very long time,’’ she said.

She also said e.TVGhana airs the following VOA programme at these times Straight Talk Africa- Thursday at 6pm, Africa 54 – Weekdays at 7:30 and Our Voices -Friday at 3:30 pm.
