Wa All Stars Communications Director, Kwame Dwomoh-Agyeman has disclosed to Ghana’s number one sports station, Happy FM that the club will relocate to the Theatre of Dreams at Dawu if the Club Licensing Board does not approve their home venue for the 2019/20 Ghana Premier League .

Wa All Stars have chosen to play their home games at the Madina Astro-turf, but according to reports the pitch does not meet the requirements of a standard pitch.

In an interview on Happy FM’s Anopa Bosuo Sports, Kwame Dwomoh-Agyeman said “The Club Licensing Board made some comments about the pitch but they are yet to officially communicate with us after their inspection.

“In case we don’t get to play at the Madina Astro-turf we will look at Dawu.

“If we are not able to use the Madina Park we will announce it to the public”.

He further said, “The team is ready ahead of the new season as they open their league campaign against Asante Kotoko at a yet to be named venue.Yes we are preparing to play Asante Kotoko in our first game and Wa All Stars is financially sound to compete in the Ghana Premier League”.
