Tension continues to build up in the ongoing New Patriotic Party’s (NPP) Super Delegates Election, after flagbearer aspirant, was captured in a video giving a fiery promise of a ‘showdown’ to Vice President Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia and President Nana Akufo-Addo.
His reaction comes in the wake of allegations that Ken Agyapong’s agent was purportedly chased away from a polling station in the Central Region during the electoral process.
A video capturing Ken Agyapong in the midst of a passionate phone call has since gone viral. In the video, Ken Agyapong can be heard saying, “I’ll give them a lifetime showdown in this country. President Akufo-Addo and Vice President, I’ll give you all showdown. Why would you chase my agent away from the polling station and on what account? You would surely hear from me. I promise you that I’ll challenge Akufo-Addo anytime.”
The exact details surrounding the alleged confrontation between Ken Agyapong’s agent and election officials remain unclear.
