Western Region NDC thanks President Mahama for honouring the region with key appointments

The Western Region branch of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) has expressed its heartfelt congratulations to ministerial nominees from the region, namely Joseph Nelson and Emelia Arthur.

A statement by the Western Regional Communication Officer of the party, Richard Kirk Mensah said, Joseph Nelson, who is a well-respected figure with deep roots and vast experience in the Western Region, has been nominated for the position of Western Regional Minister. His nomination highlights his significant contributions and understanding of the region’s unique needs, positioning him as a capable leader for the role.

In addition, the NDC celebrates the nomination of Emelia Arthur for the Fisheries and Aquaculture Ministry. They said Madam Arthur’s leadership and unwavering commitment to community development, particularly in the sustainable fisheries sector, have earned her this recognition.

According to them, these nominations reflect the trust and confidence that President John Dramani Mahama has in the people of the Western Region. The NDC appreciated the president’s vision and his commitment to empowering individuals who demonstrate excellence and a strong dedication to national development.

The statement added that the party stands united in support of the nominees and anticipates their transformative contributions to both the region and the nation as a whole. The Western Region branch of the NDC also expressed gratitude to President Mahama for honoring the region with these key appointments and looks forward to future opportunities for further recognition.

WESTERN REGION- NDC CONGRATULATE COMRADE JOSEPH NELSON AND HON. EMELIA ARTHUR

The Western Region branch of the National Democratic Congress extends heartfelt congratulations to the nominees from our region.

We are proud to announce that Joseph Nelson, with his extensive experience and deep roots in the Western Region, has been nominated for the position of Western Regional Minister.

Additionally, we celebrate the nomination of Hon. Emelia Arthur for the Fisheries and Aquaculture Ministry. Her exceptional leadership, dedication, and expertise in advancing community development and sustainable fisheries are well recognized.

These nominations reflect the trust and confidence President John Dramani Mahama has in the Western Region’s capable leaders.

We deeply appreciate his vision and commitment to empowering individuals who embody excellence and dedication to national development.
