Hasaacas Ladies captain Janet Egyir is confident of victory against Ampem Darkoa in the Women’s Premier League final.

The two teams play a repeat of last season’s final at the Accra Sports Stadium on Saturday.

Hasaacas Ladies are unbeaten in this season’s league and are hoping to end it on a high note by winning the Women’s Premier League title.

Speaking ahead of the game, Captain Janet Egyir stated that the team wants to participate in the Women’s Champions League and they are focused on winning the final.

“The game will not be easy and we know they will be tough opponents. But we also have a target of playing in the CAF Women’s Champions League and the only way is to win”, she told Joe Debrah on Wamputu Sports on Happy 98.9FM.

“They should forgive me but we are beating them on Saturday. We have lost key players but we also have equally good players as replacement. The team is still in good shape. They are not going to stop us and it won’t happen tomorrow

Egyir urged football fans to troop to the Accra Sports Stadium to watch a good game between the two teams.

“We are urging the fans to come in their numbers to come and support us”
