Ten years ago, Ghana’s number one urban station, YFM, was introduced onto the airwaves by some great minds in the Global Media Alliance Group.  Since its inception in November 2008, the station has grown to be the most sought after youth and urban station in the country.

As part of its Y@10 anniversary, YFM has confirmed that it will be holding the biggest Area Codes Jam dubbed ‘A YFM 10th Anniversary Special’ on November 30, 2018 at the Junction Mall to commemorate a decade of providing professional, entertaining and award winning content to listeners in Ghana and beyond.

Speaking about the Area Codes Jam, Eddy Blay, Programs Manager at YFM said this special edition of the Area Codes Jam is expected to be exciting with a tall list of A rated artistes ready to thrill patrons on the day.

“YFM is 10 years old and we want to celebrate it big with our cherished listeners. The day will be packed with fun filled events including power packed performances from some top musicians in Ghana. A tight list of YFM top stars like Killer Fingers, Vision DJ, French Kiss DJ, DJ Loft and A.D. DJ among others will be there to make the night a memorable one,” Eddy Blay said.

It can be recalled that the station recently launched its 10th Anniversary to celebrate a decade of providing professional, entertaining and award winning content to listeners in Ghana and beyond. The 10th Anniversary dubbed Y@10 has 10 major events including some Corporate Social Responsibility activities, with the biggest event happening at the end of the year.
