National Youth Organizer and the incoming National Organizer of the ruling New Patriotic Party, Sammy Awuku has advised a vigilante group known as ‘The Hawks’ – a group which is affiliated to the National Democratic Congress (NDC) not to listen to their “big men” because they will only use and dump them when they get into trouble.
“Now that youth employment and NABCO have come and Sir John at the forestry commission employing the youth, they should come to me and I will find one of the jobs for them,” Sammy Awuku stated during an interview on Happy FM’s Epa Hoa Daben show.
He advised the ‘Hawks’ to desist from bad instructions from the NDC bigwigs, “They shouldn’t listen to the leaders of the NDC, because if they do, they will get into trouble and their leaders will not be able to save them, they shouldn’t be deceived by their high shoulders thinking that they have lots of men.”
“I have also tried hard enough getting in touch with the leaders of these group, to know from them the motive behind the establishment of it and the exact job they want to do for our country, but to no avail.”
“But if it’s job that they need, I’ll find them some and work with them for Nana Addo’s 2020 victory.”
The NDC during their Unity Walk in Kumasi launched another vigilante group to counter the activities of NPP’s Invisible and Delta Forces.
The launch of this NDC’s ‘The Hawks’ makes it the 3rd vigilante group of the opposition party; They already have ‘Azoka Boys’ and ‘Bolga Bulldogs’.
