The Board of Accra Hearts of Oak led by Togbe Afede XIV have dissolved the Strategy Committee of the club and appointed Vincent Sowah Odotei as the Managing Director of the club, information reaching HappyGhana.com indicates.
Togbe Afede is also reported to have doled out GHc 120,000 to begin with some works on the club’s abandoned project in Pobiman.
