Up Your ‘A’ Game: Samsung brings Galaxy A 2017 to Ghana

Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd today announced its latest Galaxy A smartphones that offer premium design and enhanced camera features. The Galaxy A (2017) which is available in the Ghanaian market incorporates Samsung’s latest in innovative design and technology, giving consumers the ability to expresses their individuality with powerful performance in three screen size options: 5.5-inch for the A7, 5.2-inch for the A5 and 4.7-inch for the A3

“At Samsung, we are committed to continued innovation, inspired by the feedback and needs of our wide range of consumers,” said Tracy Kyei, Marketing Manager at Samsung Electronics West Africa (SEWA). “With the introduction of the Galaxy A (2017), we took the consumer feedback on our original Galaxy A models and made thoughtful and impactful improvements offering consumers a seamless convergence of style, convenience and performance comparable to the most premium smartphones in the market today”

The Galaxy A (2017) continues the latest Samsung Galaxy design heritage, combining metal and glass to create a beautifully harmonious premium design. The new Galaxy A provides superior viewing experience with the narrower bezel.  

Now the Galaxy A5 and Galaxy A7 (2017) is protected by fingerprint verification, has IP68 that is water and dust resistant, has 16MP in both the Front and REAR camera . The Galaxy A series is a dual Sim phone and allows for 2 SIM cards plus a slot for a microSD unlike the predecessor which only allowed consumers an optioned to choose either a second SIM or SDcard. 

Another good a feature on the Galaxy A is the secure folder which allows consumer to have 2 separate WhatsApp accounts using both SIM. This is a breath of fresh air for consumers who need to have 2 WhatApp account for personal and business but would prefer to have 1 phone. This feature is available social media accounts using the secure the folder.

The Galaxy A (2017) also comes equipped with an enhanced camera system for both brighter and clearer photos and videos. This advanced system includes front and rear F1.9 lens to allow users to take the optimum photos in dark conditions. What’s more, with Samsung’s Quick Launch feature, double clicking the home button launches the camera in less than a second.

The Galaxy A (2017) is available nationwide in Ghana.
