The Video Assistant Referee have finally been installed at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium ahead of the 2022 World Cup playoff first leg between Ghana and Nigeria.
This is the first time the device will be used in a football game in Ghana.
The gadgets arrived in the country a week ago after the Baba Yara Sports Stadium was given the greenlight to host the crucial World Cup qualifier between Ghana and Nigeria by CAF/ FIFA.

The device has been installed and ready to use in Friday’s game.
VAR has successfully been installed at the Baba Yara Sports stadium, Kumasi, ahead of the World Cup playoff qualifier between Ghana and Nigeria on Friday.
