Organizers of the Accra Inter-City Homowo marathon, Medivents Consults, has announced a partnership deal with TXT Ghana Limited for the 2023 edition of the Homowo Marathon.
According to the organizers, the partnership with TXT Ghana will aid in the development of registration text codes for all participants and athletes.
It will also focus on robust system interaction with athletes coming on board as well as promote Ghanaian athletics worldwide.
Speaking at the event, Henri Senyo Penni; General Manager of Medievents consult, said, “The partnership is to promote and guide them to punch above their weights and take up higher challenges.” On his part, Henry Kwao; Commercial Manager for TXT Ghana added
“We had a discussion with the CEO of Medivents Consult; Mr. William Ezah and realized it will be a fruitful partnership not just financially but in all aspect. We got the approval, and here we are today to sign the partnership agreement as the official digital partner of this year’s Homowo marathon.
The 2023 Accra Inter-City Homowo marathon is the 2nd edition since inception of this concept and has been scheduled for July 29th, 2023, to coincide with the annual Ga Homowo Festival.
The event will be officially launched on April 11th, 2023.
