The Round of 32 in the 2024/25 MTN FA Cup concluded on Sunday, January 12, following a thrilling weekend of football that began on Friday, January 10.

Premier League giants Asante Kotoko, Hearts of Oak, and Bechem United have successfully booked their spots in the Round of 16, solidifying their status as dominant forces in the competition.

However, the weekend wasn’t without its surprises. Defending champions Nsoatreman FC suffered a shocking early exit, while Dreams FC fell to lower-tier side True Democracy, proving once again that the FA Cup is full of unpredictability.

Several Division One sides also advanced, with Attram De Visser, Northern City, and Techiman Liberty Youth showcasing resilience and determination to join the next stage.

The FA Cup Committee is expected to announce the date for the Round of 16 draw soon, as anticipation builds among fans and teams. The ultimate prize at stake is the honour of representing Ghana in the CAF Confederation Cup.
