The Abeka District Court has sentenced the Mawarko restaurant Supervisor, Jihad Chaaban to nine months imprisonment for dipping the face of a worker into pepper.
The court Wednesday morning found him guilty of unlawfully causing harm and assault but found him not guilty of offensive conduct conducive to breach of peace.
Both sentences are to run concurrently.
