Didi Dramani Ditches Black Queens For Denmark Deal

Head coach of the African giants Black Queens has snubbed his job as the head of the senior Women’s National team after receiving a mouth watering deal from Danish champions FC NORDSJAELLAND.
Technical director of the GFA, Oti Akenteng revealed that the former coach handed over his resignation letter last week to take on his new role as assistant coach of the Danish side .
“He has signed a two-year deal with the Danish side” Oti Akenteng added.
The former Asante Kotoko Coach took charge as the head coach of the Black Queens last year from Yussif Basigi. He was tasked to prepare the Queens for this year’s Africa Women’s Championship which will be hosted by Ghana in November.
The GFA is now faced with a task of finding a new head coach to prepare the Queens for this year’s Africa WOMEN’s CHAMPIONSHIP as well as the Fox Sports WAFU Women’s Competition in February.
Assistant coach Mercy Tagoe will temporarily take charge of the side until a new Coach is appointed.
The team is expected to start camping ahead of next month’s Fox sports WAFU senior women competition slated for the Ivory Coast from the 10th to the 24th of February 2018.
