An Accra High court has sentenced 47 year old Burkinabe to life imprisonment for killing his German wife and daughter at kokrobite in the Greater Accra Region.
The man identified as Boigouna Aloys was found guilty by the court presided over by a seven member jury in a unanimous decision.
The convict is reported to have hit the head of his 53 year old wife, Claudia Weizmann with a hammer. Upon discovering their daughter might have seen him and might report him to the police, Boigouna and chocked her to death.
According to the prosecutor, Yvone Yaachie Adomako, the convict after committing the crime buried his wife and daughter on their 10 plot compound.
After neighbors noticed some strange odour emanating from the compound and the disappearance of his wife and daughter, they reported the case to the police.
Upon investigation the police discovered the bodies of the victims leading to Boigouna ‘s arrest Who admitted to the crime.
