Holy Sprinters have emerged as the 2016 Happy FM Health and Fitness Festival overall champions after several breathtaking performances at the El-Wak Sports Stadium.
Placing a close second was Kriss Gym who also exhibited some sterling performances in the various activities while One God came 3rd in the overall standings.
Two late goals from Timberland Club were enough to hand them the coveted accolade as the winners of the Databank football competition against arch-rivals Overcomers in a fiercely fought encounter.
In the Jama competition, Appollonia Development Keep-fit Club came up top, shrugging off stiff competition from Calculators, One For All Overcomers and Travel and See who placed 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th respectively.
Opoku Agyemang of Holy Sprinters won the men’s 100m while Joseph Noye and Prince Anane placed 2nd and 3rd respectively.
In the women’s category, Asibuo Sandra of Holy Sprinters won the race while Beatrice Boakye, also of Holy Sprinters, won silver with Mary Boamah of Kriss Gym scooping bronze.
Showman Club won the Tug of Peace with Best Way placing 2nd while Ojoo placed 3rd.
The Azar Group won the Corporate Football Challenge.
