Didi Dramani debunks Hearts of Oak coaching role reports

Former coach of Asante Kotoko, Mas-Ud Didi Dramani has revealed that officials of Accra Hearts of Oak have not contacted him to be their next coach.

Hearts of Oak are without a substantive trainer as the commencement of next season’s league campaign draws closer, and according to reports the club has contacted Didi Dramani to lead them next season.

However, the Black Princesses coach has blatantly debunked the rumours when he was interviewed on Happy FM’s Wamputu sports.

“I can confidently say that, there has not been any contact with them. I’m fully engaged with the Ghana Football Association.”

The soft-spoken coach was asked whether he is petrified of the Hearts of Oak head coaching role, he said” No, I don’t fear any coaching job in the world. I’m respectful and sometimes shy, but that does not make me fear taking up Hearts of Oak, just that I’ve not been contacted.”

Deputy coach Henry Wellington led the side to a victory over sworn rivals Asante Kotoko in the semifinals of the GHALCA G6 tournament and will playing Aduana Stars in the grand finale on Sunday.
