Ghana’s broadcasting giant, Happy 98.9FM through its socio-political drive, “Happy on wheels” has announced Lapaz as the next host to interact with dedicated listeners on Friday, November 24,2023.

‘Happy on Wheels’ is an initiative by Happy FM that aims at taking radio closer to its audience as part of the stations’ community engagement objective.

The episode promises to bring Happy FM’s personalities and programs to the doorstep of listeners, traders and inhabitants of Lapaz to air their opinions on pressing issues in the community.

The “Epa Hoa Daben” socio-political show will be broadcasted live from Lapaz Nii Boi Lorry Station with real time engagement with residents and traders. In a collaborative effort to priotizewell being, Happy98.9FM is teaming up with Rainbow Scientific Herbal Clinic to organize a health screening exercise for residents of Lapaz.

Current Affairs Coordinator at Global Media Alliance Broadcasting Company, Isaac Addae disclosed that the drive is an opportunity for individuals in the community to express their opinion publicly on political, economic and social issues that affects them.

“You have your concerns, plight and acknowledge the country, governance, and societial issues that are sown deep in your hearts. But best believe that your numerous concerns will be heard channeled through the wheels to the authorities. We also believe in the power of community partnerships to drive positive change therefore our collaboration with Rainbow Clinic is a step towards creating a healthier lifestyle in Lapaz. We invite everyone to join us for this health screening initiative and take proactive steps toward a healthier lifestyle.”
