Celebrate Father’s Day with Happy FM’s On Air Contest, “Agya Pa Aseda” (A Poem for Dad)

Father’s Day as a very significant day in Ghana, dedicated to all fathers will be celebrated this year by the country’s leading radio station,Happy 98.9FM.

Programmes Manager of Happy FM, Kwabena Ampong believes that Father’s Day is to honour the incredible dads in our lives. Hence, Happy Fm invites all listeners to participate in an on-air contest, Agya Pa Aseda (A Poem for Dad).

The competition kickstarts on Monday, June 3rd to Friday, June 14th, 2024, listeners can call into the midday show Nsem Pii and the Evening Drive program on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays to recite their heartfelt, self-composed poems dedicated to their special fathers.

Each day, a winner will be chosen from the entries. The six finalists will then compete in the studios of Happy FM on Father’s Day, June 16th, 2024, to determine the ultimate winners who will receive attractive prizes for their beloved fathers.

Celebrate the love and appreciation you have for your dad by sharing your unique and touching poems. Let’s make this Father’s Day truly special by honoring the remarkable men who have made a difference in our lives.
