Bawumia to begin sensitization tour on Solar powered outboard motors in Tema on December 4

Presidential candidate of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia has reassured chiefs and stakeholders of Kwabre East in the Ashanti Region of his commitment to offering a better infrastructural approach to improving the education sector.

Speaking during his community connect tour in the constituency, he announced his government’s preparedness in digitalize the educational sector by providing students with tablets.

According to him, the process has already begun and would continue once he is given the nod as the next president.

“In 2016 when I came here, chalk was even a problem in schools, but today we are giving out tablets to students”.

He added that, “ we will distribute tablets to students from primary to senior high school level and even teachers are not left out”.
