National Democratic Congress (NDC) members in Parliament have reaffirmed their majority stance and assured the public of their presence in the chamber at the appropriate time, following the Speaker’s guidance.

Addressing the media on Wednesday, November 6, 2024, after the Speaker’s update on the state of Parliament, Kwame Governs Agbodza, Member of Parliament for Adaklu Constituency, highlighted the NDC’s dedication to fulfilling its parliamentary responsibilities for the benefit of Ghanaians.

He stressed that the NDC caucus would take its rightful place in Parliament, ready to consider any matters brought before them. Looking ahead, he encouraged the “Minority NPP” to prioritize issues that serve the nation’s best interests, adding that such an approach would foster cooperation and support from the majority NDC caucus.
