Ashanti Regional NDC thanks President Mahama for key ministerial appointments

The National Democratic Congress (NDC) in the Ashanti Region has expressed appreciation to President John Dramani Mahama for appointing two individuals from the region to key ministerial positions.

In a statement signed by Ashanti Regional Communications Officer Abass Nurudeen, the party commended the nominations of Mohammed Muntaka Mubarak as Interior Minister-Designate and Kenneth Gilbert Adjei as Minister-Designate for Works, Housing, and Water Resources.

The NDC described the appointments as a clear evidence of President Mahama’s dedication to inclusivity and regional equity in governance.

“We wholeheartedly congratulate Hon. Mohammed Muntaka Mubarak and Hon. Kenneth Gilbert Adjei on their nominations to these critical portfolios. Both individuals have demonstrated exemplary leadership, dedication, and competence in their respective fields, and we are confident they will continue to serve the nation diligently in their new roles,” part of the statement read.

The Ashanti Regional NDC pledged full support to the nominees and encouraged Ghanaians, particularly party members, to back them in advancing the President’s developmental goals.

The party also reiterated its unwavering support for President Mahama’s vision and leadership for building a better Ghana.

STATEMENT BY THE ASHANTI REGIONAL NDC ON THE APPOINTMENT OF TWO MINISTERS FROM THE REGION

The National Democratic Congress (NDC) in the Ashanti Region wishes to express our profound gratitude to His Excellency John Dramani Mahama, the President of the Republic of Ghana, for the recognition and trust reposed in the people of our region by nominating two distinguished individuals to serve in his government.

The appointment of Hon. Mohammed Muntaka Mubarak as Interior Minister-Designate and Hon. Kenneth Gilbert Adjei as Minister-Designate for Works, Housing, and Water Resources is a testament to President Mahama’s commitment to inclusivity and regional balance in national governance.

We wholeheartedly congratulate Hon. Mohammed Muntaka Mubarak and Hon. Kenneth Gilbert Adjei on their nominations to these critical portfolios. Both individuals have demonstrated exemplary leadership, dedication, and competence in their respective fields, and we are confident they will continue to serve the nation diligently in their new roles.
