VIDEO: Akufo-Addo and Boakye Agyarko ‘ignore’ each other at Agyarko’s one week celebration

Many believe the recent comments from former Energy Minister, Boakye Agyarko attacking the National Democratic Congress (NDC) was enough evidence that he was back to work for the success of the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP).

However, a video that has appeared on various social media platforms indicate otherwise as it shows Boakye Agyarko and President Akufo-Addo ‘ignoring’ one another at the One Week Celebration of the younger brother of Boakye Agyarko, Emmanuel Kyeremanteng Agyarko.

In the video, the former Energy Minister still appears peeved that he was axed from the government which he contributed in no small measure towards the recapturing of power.

The former Policy adviser of the Akufo-Addo campaign in 2016 seems to be irritated by the handshake of Akufo-Addo and hence extended his hand shabbily.

Boakye Agyarko was sacked as the Energy Minister over his involvement in misleading the President in signing the new AMERI deal agreement. His sack took “immediate effect”.

Below is the video of the much-talked about handshake:
