Residents of Obaa Serwaa Junction at Abesim Dream Field in the Sunyani Municipality have been left in shock after masons digging a foundation for a new building unearthed a buried pig and a quantity of salt.

According to the masons, the site was formerly occupied by the Eternal Life Church of Nations (ECN), which was led by Prophetess Anita Emefa.

They revealed that the Prophetess no longer resides in the community after the landlord reclaimed the land for a different project.

The workers described the discovery as disturbing, explaining that the buried pig and salt identified as Ada Salt were found at what used to be the main entrance of the church.

Additionally, they found children’s toys buried beneath the area that once served as the church’s pulpit.

The masons and residents suspect that these items may have been linked to the Prophetess’s activities in the church, which was known to have operated in the community for several years.

Many residents, especially former members of the church, expressed shock and disbelief at the revelation, wondering about the purpose behind the buried objects.

The incident has since become the main topic of discussion in Abesim, with residents calling for spiritual explanations and further investigation into the mysterious discovery.
