Accra Brewery Limited introduces GRIT initiative as retailer skills gamechanger

Accra Brewery PLC (ABL) proudly announces the rebranding and expansion of its pioneering Retailer Development Programme, now dubbed GRIT, which stands for Growing Retailers Innovatively Together.

Originally launched in 2022, this initiative was designed to equip ABL retailers with essential business skills to better manage their finances and support the growth of their businesses.

Over the years, the program has evolved, with an extension of ABL’s efforts to training both female and male retailers. The GRIT program involved an inaugural three-day training, empowering women retailers by addressing their specific needs through empowerment and education.

During the training, attendees participated in five comprehensive modules that provided them with the relevant business skills needed to increase their sales and revenues.

As part of the exciting perks the ABL brings a new phase of it’s training program as a dual-format approach, offering both in-person and virtual training sessions. This expansion allows ABL to reach a broader audience of retailers, ensuring more individuals can benefit from the program’s valuable insights.

GRIT represents ABL’s ongoing commitment to supporting its valued retailers by providing the tools and knowledge necessary to thrive in today’s competitive market.

By fostering innovation and growth, ABL aims to empower its retail partners to achieve greater success and sustainability in their businesses.
