According to Ashton Travels, the committee has been tasked with developing standard and premium travel packages for Ghanaian supporters. These packages will include visa assistance, flight arrangements, accommodation, match tickets, insurance coverage, ground transportation, and guided tours.
Speaking during the inauguration of the committee, Hon. Okoe Vanderpuije emphasised the importance of football as a unifying force and highlighted the significance of the FIFA World Cup to fans across the world.

He added that the committee is committed to providing excellent services and comprehensive support to ensure that Ghanaian fans can experience the excitement of the tournament firsthand.
The company has announced that the official launch of the travel packages will take place on March 17, 2026, where further details about participation and registration will be made available to the public.
