Vice President and Presidential Candidate for the New Patriotic Party, Dr. Mahamud Bawumia earlier today Monday, 9th September 2024 submitted his nomination forms.
He was accompanied by his running mate, Dr. Matthew Opoku- Prempeh and high profiled Party executives.
Speaking at the Electoral Commission’s office after submittion, Dr. Mahamud Bawumia said it is a historic moment for him and his team ,
“For me it is personally a very historic opportunity to submit these forms for the first time as a presidential candidate’’.
He sort prayers as he embarks on his journey to become Ghana’s next president.
