Bawumia thanks Ghanaians as he steps down as Vice President of Ghana

Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, the outgoing Vice President of Ghana, has extended his sincere gratitude to the people of Ghana for their unwavering support throughout his tenure from 2017 to 2025.

He shared a message on his X page, reflecting a deep sense of humility and patriotism saying, “Thank you, all Ghanaians, for all the support you gave me as Vice President of the Republic from 2017-2025. God bless our homeland Ghana”.

As Dr. Bawumia’s tenure ends, he reflected on the journey and the shared efforts of Ghanaians in advancing the nation.

His leadership resulted in substantial progress in economic digitization, infrastructure development, and social programs designed to improve the lives of everyday citizens.
