Officials from Bryant University, the designated base camp for Ghana national football team, have visited the Ghana Football Association to strengthen collaboration ahead of the 2026 FIFA World Cup.
The delegation, led by William Smith, met GFA officials in Accra to fine-tune preparations for the team’s stay in the United States, with Rhode Island set to host Ghana’s base. Discussions focused on accommodation, training and logistics, with Bryant University expected to provide top-class facilities.
Ghana will be making its fifth appearance at the FIFA World Cup, which runs from June 11 to July 19, 2026 across the USA, Canada and Mexico.
Drawn in Group L, the Black Stars will face Panama national football team, England national football team and Croatia national football team as they aim to make another strong impact on the global stage.
