The sad incident happened at Gomoa Osamkrom in the Gomoa Central District of the Central Region.
Police sources say, mother of the deceased toddles were asleep after she fed them and step out to bath.
Sources say while their mother was bathing, she heard huged sound and before she stepped out from the bathhouse, the building had collapsed on them.
Some residents came around to help remove the blocks.
Bodies of the toddlers have been taken to the Agona Swedru government Hospital mortuary while investigations continue.
