CAF U20 Cup of Nations: Danlad, Sulley, Toku, dropped as Jimmy Cobblah names solid starting line-up against young Stallions

Ghana Black Satellites coach Jimmy Cobblah has named a solid starting XI to face the Junior Stallions of Burkina Faso for Monday’s rescheduled group C Africa Youth Championship opener.

The enterprising starting lineup is made up of five local based players with the six foreign based filling up the remaining space.

KAS Eupen custodian Manaf Nurudeen has been chosen as the man between the sticks with Emmanuel Kumah maintaining his place with central defenders Gideon Mensah and Ishahaku Konda protecting the shot stopper.

Dreams FC’s pair Maxwell Arthur will play from the right back position with Muntari Kamaheni  playing from the left side of the defence.

Basit Abdulai, Emmanuel Kumah will play at the heart of the midfield with Sadiq Ibrahim and Daniel Lomotey playing on the right and left wings respectively.

Enoch Atta Agyei will spear head the attack with Kudus Mohammed playing right behind the Azam FC striker.

The match is scheduled for 3:30pm in Malady, Niger.
