Former Black Stars striker, Prince Tagoe has said that there is a cartel at the Ghana Football Association destroying the game for their selfish gains.

According to him, the people in the cartel at the GFA have been manipulating coaches to do their bidding hence the poor performance of the team.

He said the pressure from these individuals at the GFA who are always looking out for their personal interests interferes in the affairs of the technical handlers thus making things difficult for them.

“There are cartels at the GFA. If one day Kwasi Appiah would be honest and tell the truth about being a coach of the national team and the people he worked with, he would share the kind of pressure he faced.”

“If a coach comes and doesn’t listen to these ‘cartels’ surrounding the team, then when results start to go south, they’ll find a way to get rid of him,” Prince Tagoe said.
