The Cartel Foundation is set to host its annual Charity Health Walk on Friday, December 5, bringing the Mamprobi community together for a morning of fitness, fun, and social impact.
The walk will begin at 5:00 a.m. from the Mamprobi Post Office and end at the Mamprobi Girls’ School Park, where participants will converge for health-focused engagements and community interaction.
This year’s event is themed “Community Healthcare: A Shared Responsibility of All Stakeholders,” underscoring the Foundation’s commitment to promoting collective action in improving public health.
According to the CEO of Cartel Foundation, Henry Harry Owoo in an interview on Happy Sports explained that, the initiative seeks to inspire healthier lifestyles while fostering unity among residents, youth groups, institutions, and supporters of the Foundation.
He encouraged participants to show up in numbers, come along with friends and family, and help champion a stronger, healthier Mamprobi.
He further explained that the annual walk forms part of its broader mission to advocate for community well-being and support vulnerable groups through health, education, and social intervention programs.
