Chief of Sefwi Bonzain who doubles as the Krontihene of the Sefwi Wiawso Traditional Council, Nana Ofori Ahenkan II has expressed gratitude to Vice President Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia for the development initiatives he has brought to the region.

During a visit to his palace as part of a tour in the Western North Region, Nana Ahenkan II acknowledged the positive impact of the NPP government, particularly in the construction of roads in Juaboso and Bonzain.

He highlighted the long-standing desire of the community for road construction, which had not been fulfilled by previous leaders. However, under his leadership, significant progress has been made, and he emphasized that the contributions of Dr. Bawumia and the NPP will not go unnoticed.

Nana Ahenkan II noted that the effective policies of Dr. Bawumia are essentially campaigning on his behalf. He reassured the Vice President that the community is committed to voting in support of him in the upcoming elections.

He encouraged the residents to remember to vote for both Dr. Bawumia and Dr. Alex Ampaabeng, the NPP Parliamentary Candidate for the Juaboso Constituency, stressing the importance of having local representation in the next government to help implement the envisioned policies for the country. He urged the community to turn out in large numbers on December 7 to ensure the continuation of the development efforts initiated by the NPP government.
