Shaibu Ibrahim Tanko, gaffer for Karela United has admitted he has been experiencing sleepless nights over his side’s current position in the 2022/23 betPawa Ghana Premier League.

Karela United, who are currently 12th on the league log will have to defeat Kotoku Royals this weekend to secure a spot in the league next season.

Speaking ahead of their ‘Do or Die’ fixture against Kotoku Royals on Happy FM, coach Shaibu Tanko said, “ I keep having sleepless nights over our league standing. Whenever I pick up my phone, I go through the other team’s fixtures and ours but it motivates myself and my team. Our objective, in the long run, is to say in the league. Psychologically my boys are ready and they understand the target we’ve set. We are confident of victory against Kotoku”.
