Founder and Leader of Charisma Temple International Ministry, Prophet Paul Kusi Appiah has stated that Vice president Dr Mahamudu Bawumia did nothing wrong seeking prayers from Clergy.

According to him, Church is the hospital for the sinners so assuming without admitting Dr Bawumia is a sinner and Christ came purposely for sinners.

Speaking in an interview with Kwadwo Sefah-Danquah on Happy fm 98.9 morning show, Prophet Kusi indicated that there is no other name greater than the name Jesus Christ so if Dr. Bawumia has found this and wants to seek divine strength, wisdom, guidance and protection from men of God, it’s a step in the right direction.

” There is no one on this earth who can succeed in anything without Christ and that is what Dr Bawumia is doing in order to succeed in his Presidential ambition”.

The prophet also described Dr Bawumia’s method of campaign where he seeks blessings from Pastors, traditional rulers and Muslim leaders as “modern”.

His comment comes after video circulating on social media showed Dr. Bawumia praying with the Clergy. The video has generated a controversial debate among religious people, politicians and a section of Ghanaians.
