Dr. Bawumia visits Black Stars players ahead of crucial match against Central African Republic

Vice president, Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia has visited the Black Stars ahead of the crucial 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifier against Central African Republic.

The Black Stars will host the Central Africans at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium in Kumasi later today with kick-off being scheduled at 7pm.

Dr. Bawumia who is in Kumasi for his political tour visited the team at their camping base to deliver a goodwill message to the team and wish them well in the game tonight.

An incredible boost of support from the Vice President of Ghana, Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, as he visits our team ahead of tonight’s game against Central African Republic,” the official handle of the Black Stars wrote on X as captions after posting phots of the visit.

The game between Ghana and Central African Republic will be live on Happy 98.9 FM with build-up starting at 6pm.
