Emmanuel Antwi, with his brilliance, played a pivotal role in propelling Great Olympics to a remarkable come-from-behind victory against Nsoatreman FC.

The clash took place at the iconic Accra Sports Stadium during Week 9 of the 2023/24 Ghana Premier League season. Initially, Great Olympics struggled to find their rhythm, and Nsoatreman FC capitalized on the opportunity, taking the lead just 15 minutes into the match. A well-executed team effort by the visitors culminated in Mohammed Abdul Rahman’s precise strike, putting Nsoatreman FC ahead.

At halftime, it appeared Nsoatreman FC held the advantage with their solitary goal. However, Great Olympics regrouped and emerged in the second half with renewed determination.

Despite interruptions caused by power challenges during the game, it was Emmanuel Antwi who emerged as the hero for Great Olympics. His exceptional performance resulted in a brace, turning the tide in favor of his team. When the final whistle blew, Great Olympics celebrated a thrilling 2-1 victory.

This crucial win catapulted Great Olympics to the 3rd position on the Ghana Premier League table, while Nsoatreman FC remained in 2nd place, leaving fans of both teams with an unforgettable and dramatic evening of football.
