The spirit of football came alive as His Excellency Beugré Mambé, the Prime Minister of the Republic, officially welcomed the Original FIFA World Cup™ Trophy to Côte d’Ivoire, marking an unforgettable moment of celebration during the FIFA World Cup™ Trophy Tour by Coca-Cola.

The arrival of the Original FIFA World Cup™ Trophy united thousands of fans, athletes, and communities in a shared moment of pride and passion for the beautiful game, offering them a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to experience football’s most coveted prize up close.

“Hosting the Original FIFA World Cup™ Trophy is a proud moment for our nation,” said His Excellency Beugré Mambé. “Football has the power to inspire hope, joy, and togetherness, values that resonate deeply with our people. We thank Coca-Cola and FIFA for bringing this extraordinary experience to our shores”.

The Trophy Tour stop in Abidjan featured vibrant fan activations, including a public viewing experience that gave fans the rare opportunity to see the Original FIFA World Cup™ Trophy up close and capture unforgettable photo moments, a high-energy concert showcasing iconic Ivorian superstars, and a series of fun, interactive games that brought communities together in celebration of the beautiful game.
